Common questions
Free tools you can use now, whether you sell this year or in five.
Are these resources really free?
Yes. No sign up, no email address and no catch. The readiness check runs entirely in your browser and nothing is stored or sent anywhere. The appraisal is free and carries no obligation to list or sell.
Do I have to give my details to use the readiness check?
No. The twelve question exit readiness check runs in your browser, scores itself locally and stores nothing. Nobody is notified that you took it and no result is recorded.
What is the difference between an appraisal and a valuation?
A market appraisal is a licensed business broker's opinion of likely selling price, based on comparable evidence and current buyer demand. A valuation is a formal document prepared by a registered valuer or a suitably qualified accountant, usually for a court, a lender or a statutory purpose. They are different things used for different reasons.
Can I use these if I am years away from selling?
That is the best time to use them. Twelve months to three years out is the usual point to make contact. Knowing what a buyer will question gives you time to change the answer, and preparation moves price more reliably than timing does.

Ask what it is worth
Free, in writing, and nobody finds out you asked. Tell me the trade and the suburb and I will do the rest.
Nobody finds out you are selling. This goes to me only, into my own database in Sydney. I will not contact your accountant, your landlord, your bank or your staff, ever, unless you ask me to.
If you would rather not put anything in writing yet, ring 0431 124 128. Prefer to pick a time yourself? Book a time in my diary.
